Give Yourself A Pedicure

This is a cheap and easy way to give yourself a pedicure at home.

What You Need
  • Shower Gel
  • Sugar
  • Lotion
  • Nail Polish
  • Dry Towel
1. Fill up the tub or sink with enough water to cover your feet. You can add some shower gel or bubble bath to it.
2. Remove all previous nail polish. Clip your nails and file them to your desired shape.
3. Soak your feet for 10 minutes.

4. Put a small amount of sugar in your hand and add about the same amount of shower gel. Mix together and scrub both your feet with it. This will slough off the dead skin making your feet feel super smooth and soft.

5. Rinse. Dry. Rub lotion onto feet and legs. Give yourself a wonderful foot massage.

6. Start with a base coat using a clear coat, this prevents your nail from getting stained. Choose fun colors to paint your toes. You can add designs too. Here's a mini tutorial on how to do a flower using an old bobby pin.
  • Open an old bobby pin and dip into the nail polish of your choice. Start by creating one dot, adding more dots until you form a circle. Choose a second color and add a dot right in the midde.

7. Add a top coat of polish using a clear coat and allow to dry. Add a trendy toe ring.

How To Do Beach Waves

Arr...Matey! It's International Talk Like A Pirate Day! Here's a tutorial on how to do beach waves using a three-barrel iron.

You will need: a three-barrel iron, clips, hairspray, and gel.

1. Start off by parting your hair at the nape of your neck and divide into small subsections.
2. Take a subsection, starting near your scalp, clamp your hair between the barrels and release.
3. Stay with the same subsection and crimp down the entire strand. With each crimp your hair will fall into three waves. When you move down the strand you are going to clamp down on the last or third wave you completed. This makes the waves look more natural.

4. Repeat steps 2-3 working your way up to the crown of your head, taking small partings and subsections.
5. Spray hairspray all over to make sure your waves stay in.
6. Rub gel onto your fingertips, lightly run your fingers through your hair and scrunch your hair upwards, toward your scalp.

7. Add a bandana to look like a pirate!
